Which details do we process?

When you contact us through this website — via the contact form, the application form, by phone or by email — we process the details you provide yourself: your name, phone number and/or email address, and the content of your message. For an application that also includes your preferred location and your availability.

If you offer us a property, we also process the details about that property that you fill in yourself, along with any files you send. Those go straight into the email to the two colleagues who handle real estate, as attachments; we do not store them on our server.

What do we use them for?

• To answer your question or pass your message on to the right location.
• To handle your application and get in touch with you about a possible role.
• To get in touch with you about your interest in a Coffee Fellows franchise.

We do not use your details for other purposes and we do not sell them.

If you select a location in the form, that location receives a copy of your message, so you hear back from the people who work there. Some of our locations are run by independent operators working with Coffee Fellows; in that case your message also reaches that business. For a serious franchise application we share your details with the Coffee Fellows head office. Beyond that we do not sell or share your data; only the parties below process it on our behalf.

How long do we keep them?

We keep contact enquiries until your question has been dealt with, and for up to twelve months after that. Applications we keep until four weeks after the process ends, or up to a year if you give us permission. Franchise contacts we keep for as long as the conversation runs and no more than two years after the last contact. The same applies to a property you offer us: for as long as the conversation runs and no more than two years after. At your request we delete your details sooner.

Processing by third parties

The forms on this site are processed by our own server at Vercel, where the website also runs. The message is then sent by email through Resend. Both parties process your details solely to deliver the message.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your details, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. To do so, contact us at info@coffeefellows.nl.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. For visitor numbers we use Vercel Analytics: it counts page views without placing cookies and without following visitors across websites. We also count a few actions, such as how often someone taps a phone number or "plan a route", and how many stars are given on a feedback page. Only what happened and on which page is recorded — never who you are or what you filled in. No profiles are built.

The map on the location pages loads map imagery from an external map service; your IP address becomes visible to that service, which is technically necessary to show the map. The same applies to the typefaces, which come from Google Fonts.
