Which details do we process?

When you contact us through this website — via the contact form, the application form, by phone or by email — we process the details you provide yourself: your name, phone number and/or email address, and the content of your message. For an application that also includes your preferred location and your availability.

What do we use them for?

• To answer your question or pass your message on to the right location.
• To handle your application and get in touch with you about a possible role.
• To get in touch with you about your interest in a Coffee Fellows franchise.

We do not use your details for other purposes and we do not sell them.

If you pick a location in the form, that location receives a copy of your message, so you get an answer from the people who work there. Some of our locations are run by independent entrepreneurs who work with Coffee Fellows; in that case your message also reaches that business. If you are seriously exploring a franchise, we share your details with the Coffee Fellows head office. Beyond that we pass nothing on to third parties.

How long do we keep them?

We keep contact enquiries until your question has been dealt with, and for up to twelve months after that. Applications we keep until four weeks after the process ends, or up to a year if you give us permission. Franchise contacts we keep for as long as the conversation runs and no more than two years after the last contact. At your request we delete your details sooner.

Processing by third parties

The forms on this site are processed by our own server at Vercel, where the website also runs. The message is then sent by email through Resend. Both parties process your details solely to deliver the message.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your details, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. To do so, contact us at info@coffeefellows.nl.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. For visitor numbers we use Vercel Analytics: it counts page views without placing cookies and without following visitors across websites. No profiles are built.

The map on the location pages loads map imagery from an external map service; your IP address becomes visible to that service, which is technically necessary to show the map. The same applies to the typefaces, which come from Google Fonts.
